Over the years, we’ve supplied services and/or products to Augusta National Golf Club, Pebble Beach, the U.S. Open, the PGA Championship, the Ryder Cup, numerous PGA Tour stops, celebrity golf events and premier golf courses nationwide. We understand what a Five-Star operation should look like.
In conjunction with the Pepsi-Cola Company, we originally developed an “Operations Excellence” program that featured “Secret Shopping”.
The program provided guidelines and support materials to help clubs initiate Secret Shopping at their own course.
